Kerry began her career at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, LLP in 2006 focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has a broad range of experience including representing pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Medicaid fraud and pricing litigation, representing a national accounting firm in accounting malpractice cases, and representing an overnight cartage company in arbitration on claims brought by independent contractors. She also served as a judicial clerk to Honorable W. Royal Furgeson in the Western District of Texas (2005-2006). Kerry joined Loewinsohn Flegle Deary L.L.P. in 2010.

Kerry earned her Bachelor’s Degree in finance with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000, and she earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Kerry was a member of the Editorial Board of the Missouri Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
