To Mike Hopkins, the practice of law is an art form. Highly skilled and multi-disciplined, he is relentless in the pursuit of his clients’ objectives.

Mike has an active litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the country in a variety of matters, including complex commercial disputes, significant personal injury and wrongful death matters, environmental contamination, products liability and mass torts. While in law school at the University of Texas, Mike served as an Editor of The Review of Litigation from 1993–1995. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Eastern District of Michigan.

  • Named a “Rising Star” among Texas Attorneys in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 as published by Texas Monthly magazine.

Michael is an honors graduate of the University of Texas (B.A., 1992) and earned his J.D. at U.T. in 1995.
