Bill began his law career at Loewinsohn Flegle Deary L.L.P. in 2004 after five years as a financial analyst in the specialty retail and telecommunications industries. Bill’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes including those involving contracts, real estate, fraud, DTPA and partnership disputes. He has successfully represented individuals, partnerships and corporations as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Bill’s efforts and dedication have earned favorable outcomes for his clients and the respect of his peers.
