LFD hired by former Oakland Raiders coach, Lane Kiffin, to file arbitration against Oakland Raiders
Lane Kiffin was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders football club, until he was terminated in September 2008 at which time the Raiders refused to pay Kiffin the remainder of his salary due under his contract. Kiffin has retained Alan Loewinsohn of LFD to represent him in filing arbitration against the Oakland Raiders seeking the salary that has been denied him. The arbitration has been the subject of much media scrutiny even before it goes to final hearing.
