$81.6 Million Dollar Class Action settlement for in excess of 1000 claimants alleging they were the victim of fraudulent tax shelters. Thomas Denney, et al v. Jenkens & Gilchrist, et al, No. 03-CV-5460, United States District Court, Southern District.
Represented Class in suit against Cantley & Sedacca, LLP involving claims of fraud, malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and conspiracy in connection with the design, marketing and sale of abusive and illegal tax shelters. Obtained a class settlement of $4,599,000.
